Position Overview:
The position provides training and technical assistance to
early childhood programs that are participating in the
Self-Study Project and are pursuing quality program improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in early childhood education, special
education or a related field.
· The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in
English and Spanish.
· Two years experience in the early childhood field including
experience facilitating trainings.
· Excellent knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
· Knowledge of and experience with national self-study/
accreditation processes.
· Reliable transportation for statewide travel, including occasional
evenings and weekends.
· The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
and to maintain a tracking and documentation system.
· Register as a S*CCEEDS Trainer III-A.
